What Inspires me to Cook
From the day my mom decided she wanted to be a Vegetarian, is when I started taking cooking serious. It was either that or starve, lol not saying I'm not into the whole vegetarian idea. Needless to say it isn't for me. Over the years, I adapted into cooking like a natural, combining flavors, and the list goes on. My love for cooking continues to grow, one of the many things that inspire me is the people I meet from all over the world. What connects people is food, endless conversations can be started based on food. Relationships are ignited through food, and you get my drift.
My dream use to be to one day open a Restaurant, not with all the added frustration that comes with it. After thinking long and hard, I'd be comfortable as a Private Cook and working festivals. Cooking isn't my profession, rather a hobby. My field is with computers, guess you can call me a geek and a cook lol. Lemon Pepper Brown Sugar Wings
Everyone loves wings to say the least. Many flavors are created often, and safe to say it's not stopping anytime soon. Over the past few yeas America has grown to love the signature flavor Lemon Pepper 😋 Yes! Lemon Pepper baby has presented its self above the others just a bit. I've just got hooked on them and I'm already adding other blends to see what works well. It's in the name people "Brown Sugar". Has a nice ring to it doesn't it? Brown Sugar Lemon Pepper Wings🤌🏼. The ingredients is real simple and you'll love it.
Ingredients Chicken:
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Lemon Pepper
Onion powder
Sauce:
1/2 stick butter
1/3 Brown Sugar
1/3 Water
1 tblsp Cornstarch
Lemon Pepper
Blend/Simmer
