What Inspires me to Cook

From the day my mom decided she wanted to be a Vegetarian, is when I started taking cooking serious. It was either that or starve, lol not saying I'm not into the whole vegetarian idea. Needless to say it isn't for me. Over the years, I adapted into cooking like a natural, combining flavors, and the list goes on. My love for cooking continues to grow, one of the many things that inspire me is the people I meet from all over the world. What connects people is food, endless conversations can be started based on food. Relationships are ignited through food, and you get my drift. My dream use to be to one day open a Restaurant, not with all the added frustration that comes with it. After thinking long and hard, I'd be comfortable as a Private Cook and working festivals. Cooking isn't my profession, rather a hobby. My field is with computers, guess you can call me a geek and a cook lol. Cajun Chicken Alfredo

Chicken Alfredo is a dish known to many and is also a food favorite. Over the years may styles of Alfredo have been emplemented. One style That is getting the most feedback, is Cajun Chicken Alfredo. For those that love a little spice in the pasta this is the dish for you.

A very simple 30-45 minute meal that will have the entire family wanting more. The ingredients are very simple to that of your normal Alfrdo sauce, your just adding Cajun season. I add fresh made garlic bread with mine, it's amazing.
Start off with sauteeing your seasoned chicken and broccoli. Boil noodles Aldente style, mushy pasta is never good. Make sure you have some fresh chopped garlic and onions as well. Sautee them together, then add your heavy cream, the creamier the better. Add Parmesan, then apply more Cajun seasoning. Mix in pasta and there you go, easy simple no sweat meal. I usually Sprinkle more on top as a garnish😁😋
