What Inspires me to Cook

From the day my mom decided she wanted to be a Vegetarian, is when I started taking cooking serious. It was either that or starve, lol not saying I'm not into the whole vegetarian idea. Needless to say it isn't for me. Over the years, I adapted into cooking like a natural, combining flavors, and the list goes on. My love for cooking continues to grow, one of the many things that inspire me is the people I meet from all over the world. What connects people is food, endless conversations can be started based on food. Relationships are ignited through food, and you get my drift. My dream use to be to one day open a Restaurant, not with all the added frustration that comes with it. After thinking long and hard, I'd be comfortable as a Private Cook and working festivals. Cooking isn't my profession, rather a hobby. My field is with computers, guess you can call me a geek and a cook lol. Baked Turkey Tenderloins

I really stepped outside the box with this recipe...

We all experiment with something right? Well in this case I will say this much, that bottle of relish you keep in the frig for hotdogs, has more than one use. Okay so, this is my first time making this, not really a Turkey fan unless it's a holiday or some irresistibly  flavored wings.

I was craving a new taste, something authentic. How many of you get ideas to add a new ingredient while seasoning your meat? Me too.. I applied my normal spices, didn't go overboard (this is Turkey). While I'm applying, I decided to add some Chili Garlic I mostly use as a topping for extra heat (I love spicy food). Now as I'm rubbing that into my meat, I'm thinking what else can I add? I didnt know where this was headed all I know it was a bold move. An instant, where either this idea is going to pop or flop.

I'm not sure why but sweet Relish popped into my head. Yep, I know what your thinking (eww relish). You'd be surprised at how much flavor comes out of this addition. So there I've said it, the cats out of the bag. Trust me it taste just as good as it looks.

1/4 Onion sliced

Seasoning Salt
